PatientOnline is a new service which gives you access to your medical record. You can use it to:

  • Book an appointment with your GP (appointment times are limited)
  • Order your regular prescription
  • View different aspects of your medical record

To access your record you must first register as a PatientOnline user. This is to protect your confidential medical record and ensure that only you (and people you authorise) have access to the information in your medical record.

Before registering for PatientOnline you should read the PatientOnline information leaflet as there are a number of things to consider, especially how to keep your information safe.

To register for PatientOnline

To register you must come to the Surgery in person so we can verify your identity, we can then issue you your log-in details (user name and password). You must bring with you a driving license or passport or bank statement so we can verify your identity. If you do not have these please let us know and we may be able to vouch for your identity. We will ask you to fill in a Patient Online registration form when you come in.

You can authorise someone to register you on your behalf, but we must have your explicit informed consent to do so. Please discuss this with the Practice Manager.
